Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services and products provided by TradeFlux Labs LLC (“TradeFlux”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and automation system development, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Consulting and Development Services
Refunds may be requested within fourteen (14) days of the official project start date if no significant work has been completed.
A project is considered started once any of the following occurs:
• project kickoff meeting has taken place
• system architecture or workflow design has begun
• development or automation implementation has started
Once development work, automation systems, or project deliverables have been created, refunds are not available for the completed portion of work.
3. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Clients may cancel retainer services by providing thirty (30) days written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Digital Products
Digital products, including templates, automation tools, software components, and AI systems, are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or activated.
This policy exists because digital assets cannot be returned once access has been granted.
5. Failure to Deliver
If TradeFlux Labs fails to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline due to reasons fully within our control, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Each situation will be reviewed individually based on the scope of the agreement.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution, clients agree to contact TradeFlux Labs to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
8. Policy Updates
TradeFlux Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
