By accessing this website or engaging the services of TradeFlux Labs LLC (“TradeFlux”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services
TradeFlux Labs provides services related to AI automation, business workflow optimization, consulting, training, and custom software development.
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services are defined in individual agreements or proposals between TradeFlux Labs and the client.
TradeFlux Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation necessary for the successful completion of projects.
This may include access to systems, tools, documentation, and relevant business information required to design or implement automation systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, and deliverables developed by TradeFlux Labs remain the intellectual property of TradeFlux Labs until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both TradeFlux Labs and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.
This obligation continues even after the termination of the working relationship.
6. Payments
Payment terms for services are defined in individual project agreements or invoices.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlux Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
TradeFlux Labs total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the specific project contract or written agreement.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeFlux Labs LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
TradeFlux Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
