4. Intellectual Property
All systems, tools, and deliverables created by TradeFlux Labs remain the intellectual property of TradeFlux Labs until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both TradeFlux Labs and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement.
This obligation survives the termination of services.
6. Payments
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements or invoices.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. AI Systems Disclaimer
TradeFlux Labs develops AI-powered automation systems and tools designed to improve operational efficiency.
While we strive to build reliable systems, AI-generated outputs may require human verification and oversight. TradeFlux Labs does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs or specific business outcomes.
8. No Guarantee of Results
TradeFlux Labs does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue growth, operational improvements, or other business outcomes from the use of automation systems, consulting services, or AI tools.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, systems, data, or networks associated with TradeFlux Labs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFlux Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
TradeFlux Labs shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
